GatesUnlimited is pleased to offer turn-key services for all aspects of driveway gate automation and installation.

Wrought iron gates, gate operators, entry systems, fencing, underground power and communication lines, masonry columns and walls, lighting, surveillance cameras, even mailboxes and service plans, are all options available for residential, private community, and commercial gate system installations.

Planning & Estimating
First step in the process is an evaluation of your property for ideal placement, size of gate and type of equipment needed. Ground surface is also inspected for levelness and stability and the distance to main power source is determined. 

Designing Your Gate
Next step is choosing your gate design. Many of our customers enjoy designing their own gate, while others prefer us to create a unique design for them. Either way, we'll be working closely with you to ensure that the gate system you choose fits your surrounding environment, meets your budget and your expectations for the system.

Our Standard Gate Design Series includes 9 basic styles.  Each of these styles, while beautiful on their own, provide a great 'template' for incorporating any of the various design components available.  We also offer a Signature Gate Series that provides more decorative and elaborate styles in a pre-designed format.

In the Shop
Once your ironwork styles have been chosen and final measurements have been taken, your order is sent to fabricating. Since every piece of our ironwork is custom hand-crafted, this step is usually the most time consuming–but guaranteed, worth the wait!  

All our ironwork is fabricated in a dedicated facility with precision and old-world tradition. Only heavy gauge steel is used in production. Welds are ground down and blended into surrounding surfaces.

Installation
Prior to the actual installation of your gate (during the period fabricating is being done) all prep, underground and concrete work is completed, posts are set. Once delivered, gates are installed on the 4" load-bearing posts set in 42" concrete footings. If your gate system includes masonry columns, your load-bearing posts are embedded inside for a clean, finished look.  Once gates are hung and set, final electrical and communication hookups are accomplished, and programming of operators and access controls is completed.

Training
Once your new gate system is completely installed and tested, our staff will train you on the operation and programming of your equipment so you can easily add, delete or change pre-programmed information as necessary.  As always, we are just a phone call away for technical assistance should you need it or are available to personally handle these private, security details for you directly.

On-Going Support
Periodically, your new gate system will need to be checked, tested and cleaned. We recommend regularly scheduled maintenance visits, typically semi-annually, to ensure your investment remains operational long into the future. These services are available on a will-call basis, or if you are placed on a Service Plan, at regularly scheduled intervals. For more information on these services, please call 248-628-8332.
